We don't believe pastry is an indulgence. It's not a treat for good behavior. It's not just for special occasions. We believe no day is complete without a sweet little nibble or a morsel of something rich and buttery... just a little something. Because we believe sweets are an indispensable part of a balanced diet, we treat them as we do any other food. We use pure unprocessed ingredients. We buy our pecans, honey and eggs (and sometimes even our whole wheat flour) from right here in central Texas! We use time-honored techniques to tease out every last drop of flavor. We obsess over the details and we work to bring you that little bite, that tiny treat, that fundamental finale to every fantastic meal.
